You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV)
We face so many pressures in our daily activities, and many times we dont even realize the effects upon our bodies. The world, in which we live, is changing continuously, and the things we have taken for granted are forever disappearing. These sometimes even subtle changes are causing internal changes within our bodies as well. Our spiritual walk is absolutely necessary to battle this, and in Part II of this devotional, we will see exactly how we can stop the adverse effects.
In Part I, we saw the many physical effects we suffer due to stress and anxiety. Depression brought about so many ill-effects that virtually every person reading these devotionals would probably agree they are experiencing one or more of them.
So, How do we deal with these effects upon our body? How do we deal with all the ailments we experience which are brought on by our fears and anxiety?
The LORD is my light and my salvation so why should I be afraid? The LORD is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble? Psalms 27:1 (NLT)

But is this really the answer God has for what ales us?

Lets take it from the top&Lets go up to the scripture and see what He tells us. And lets really think on this one, because it is our antidote to what heals us with respect to stress, anxiety, fear, worry, doubt, and depression along with all of their resulting symptoms.

Hey Christian, lets keep it simple. Lets trust in the Lord, and lean not on our own understanding; lets acknowledge Him in everything we do or have. Hes going to make our paths straight; Hell show us the perfect way (See Proverbs 3:5-6). Lets fix our thoughts on His Word, and His ways. Lets think on the things that He wants us to think upon (See Phil 4:6-8). Because if we do, He will guard and protect our mind and our heart. He will give us perfect peace. And when we have perfect peace, all these other physical ailments will fall to the wayside.
